Wish IT uses Artificial Intelligence-based tools exclusively as operational and technological support for its activities, with the aim of improving efficiency, service quality and analytical capability.
How AI is used
Artificial Intelligence is used, in a non-autonomous and always supervised manner, for activities such as:
- Support in drafting technical content and documentation.
- Preliminary analysis of data and information.
- Optimization of internal processes and workflows.
- Assistance in the development of software solutions and digital services.
Limits of use
Under no circumstances do the Artificial Intelligence systems used by Wish IT:
- Make binding automated decisions.
- Replace human professional judgment.
- Operate without the direct oversight of qualified personnel.
Critical, decision-making activities, or those involving personal, sensitive or strategic data, are always managed, verified and approved by human operators, in compliance with current regulations, including EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), cybersecurity principles and the confidentiality policies adopted by the Company.
