Notice provided pursuant to Articles 12, 13, 14 of EU Regulation 679/2016.
Dear Sir/Madam, we would like to inform you that EU Regulation 679/2016 provides for the protection of individuals and legal entities with regard to the processing of their personal data.
In accordance with the above-mentioned regulation, the processing of your personal data, which you have freely provided, will be carried out by this Company in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency, and the protection of your confidentiality and your rights.
Pursuant to Articles 13 and 14, we therefore inform you that:
- The data controller is WISH IT S.r.l., tax code 04960111005, address Via Botero 15, Rome — e-mail info@wishsrl.it — represented by its legal representative.
- The personal data you provide with your curriculum vitae will be processed for the Company's own business activities, and will not be used for promotional or marketing activities, or for any purpose unrelated to the Company's institutional activities.
Possible data recipients
- Third parties may become aware of your data (Art. 13(1)(e)) where the communication of personal data is a necessary requirement for entering into a contract or participating in commercial negotiations, or where the data subject is required to provide their personal data, for example to access certain offices (Art. 13(2)(e), EU Regulation 679/2016).
- Your curriculum vitae may be sent to customers and/or potential customers of WISH IT S.r.l. in order to establish and/or strengthen a collaborative relationship with them based on the provision of consulting services.
Storage and processing
- Data may be processed using both electronic/IT tools and paper-based tools, and will be stored on IT media, paper media and any other suitable medium, in compliance with the technical regulations on security measures, Art. 32(1) of EU Regulation 679/2016.
- Your data will be kept for as long as necessary to carry out the Company's promotional activities, and in any case for no longer than six months from receipt.
Data subject rights
- You may formally contact the data controller to exercise your rights, as provided for by Article 12 (information, communications and transparent procedures for the exercise of the data subject's rights), Article 15 (right of access by the data subject) and Article 17 (right to erasure) of EU Regulation 679/2016.
- A data subject who believes that the processing of their personal data does not comply with the Regulation has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Art. 77 of EU Regulation 679/2016).
